With the rise of personal finance/investing gurus all across the internet, there are stories we see everyday where regular, ordinary teenagers become viral sensations, almost overnight.
One of those viral sensations is Nikonomics.
Nikolai Hauck, who goes by Nikonomics, is a young adult internet influencer who primarily creates content surrounding affiliate marketing, personal growth, and most of all, day trading.
Like in the video above, Nikonomics rose to prominence in the TikTok world amassing over 171,000 followers in a short time frame by flexing rich day trading gains. Nikolai’s most viral and successful videos consist of screenshots from a morning after day trading, displaying unconscious results of thousands to tens of thousands of dollars in a single day.
What is daytrading?
Daytrading, according to Oxford Languages, is the “buying and selling of securities on the same day, often online, on the basis of small, short-term price fluctuations“.
Day trading is high risk high reward, and is known around the influencing community as being one of the most “flashy” ways to achieve wealth. This “flashiness” is most certainly what propelled Nikolai into the limelight.
Is Nikonomics a fraud?
From what it seems, Nikonomics is far from a fraud. The only criminal and shady act he commits is charging $100/month for a discord! Although I have not tested it so I cannot be too sure on the validity of my statement.
In a world full of fake influencers making “thousands of dollars a day”, it is nice and refreshing that Nikonomics always posts screenshots of his earnings on the fintech app “Webull.”
Is the Nikonomics Discord Worth It?
As a disclaimer, I have not personally tried the product. However, based on extensive research, reviews from across the internet, and personal testimonies from users of the discord trading group, the membership does seem to be a bit pricy.
This is not to say you cannot may your money back on the monthly fee with a couple quick good trades and resilience in the trading game!
Conclusion
Nikonomics seems to be one of the next big personal finance, self-improvement, day trading influencers in the TikTok and social media world as a whole. There seems to be no slowing down for this kid.
